Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapy

Donna Klein, M.A., OTR/LDonna Klein

Donna has been an Occupational Therapist since 1986.  She received a Bachelor of Science in OT from S.U.N.Y. Buffalo and a master’s degree in developmental psychology from Columbia University.

With over 20 years of experience Donna has specialized in Sensory Integration, Autism Spectrum disorders and perceptual motor disabilities.  She received her certification in Sensory Integration in 1992.  Additionally, Donna’s expertise lies in parent education as she easily provides parents with a clearer understanding of their child’s difficulties than they have ever been provided with before.  Donna remains highly involved in all aspects of the company and continues to be available to all therapists and parents to attend to any concerns and questions as they arise.

Administratively Donna has worked closely with school districts, the Westchester County Department of Health and parents for many years.  She genuinely understands parental concerns, the ins and outs of school based services, and the Department of Health services.   She finds it important to prioritize all of the above by always placing the child’s needs first.  Both parents and administrators find Donna to be highly knowledgeable, easy to work with and an asset to their team.

Donna lives in White Plains, NY with her husband Garry, 2 sons Jordan and Zachary and their golden doodle Sunny.

Cathy Wilber, OTR/LCathy Wilbur

Cathy has been an Occupational Therapist since 1988.  Cathy graduated with honors from New York University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree.

Cathy possesses 20 years of experience in pediatrics and specializes in meeting the needs of the multiply handicapped, brain injured child and those suffering from hand injuries.  Cathy ran the splinting/equipment clinics at a local children’s rehabilitation center for many years. There she provided a multitude of creative solutions for a wide range of challenges the children and their families faced.  In addition, Cathy has been supervising therapists for many years and can easily assist any therapist to build upon their current treatment plan.

Clinically, Cathy is all about a child’s “ability” not his /her disability, as she focuses on what the child can do, not what they can’t do.
In addition she is well known for bringing humor and warmth to all children and the families she serves.  Administratively, Cathy’s expertise encompasses school district policy as well as meeting the needs, priorities and goals of each family we serve.

Cathy enjoys the company of her loved ones, especially her daughter Rachel and her outdoorsman sweetheart Tom, in the Town of Newburgh, NY. There she spends time at her daughter’s baseball games, learning about nature and fossils, restoring colonial artifacts, and studying as a serious student of yoga.
