Walk Now For Autism Speaks: Autism Community Resource Fair - June 5, 2011

On Sunday, June 5th, Donna Klein & Associates participated in the Westchester Autism Walk and Resource Fair at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/ Westchester location.  The event was sponsored by Autism Speaks, North America's largest autism science and advocacy organization. The Walk Now for Autism Speaks fundraising and awareness event's purpose was to raise funds and awareness about the growing autism epidemic, fund innovative autism research and family services and advocate for the needs of children with autism and their families. It was a great success!

 

Rally in Albany 3/15 - to lobby to protect the rights                                                                                of babies with special needs!

On March 15, 2011, Donna Klein represented her therapists and the children they support at the rally to support Early Intervention.  The rally was coordinated to prevent funding for EI services from being cut yet again.

Pediatric Cancer Foundation      

 

On May 16, 2010, friends, family,

and therapists of Donna  Klein and Associates participated in a bikeathon for the Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Participating in this bikeathon was in honor of one of the children we were providing therapy for.  Sadly this child passed away in June, 2010 from the brain tumor he so bravely fought. The team named "Zach Klein's Team" (Donna Klein's younger son), raised over $3700 dollars. Donna Klein and Associates, Inc., plans to continue to support the Pediatric Cancer Foundation each year in raising as much money as possible for their bikeathon.
