What makes us different?

It is our philosophy that even if a therapist is working independently in the community he/she is a highly regarded member of our team.  Our full time Clinical Manager is always available by phone, in person or on site.  Each and every therapist is a part of our larger agency at all times as it is our commitment to always be there for support for any clinical, administrative and/or ethical concerns that may arise.  Both Cathy Wilber, our clinical manager, and Donna are highly experienced Occupational therapists with over 20 years in the field. Cathy is certified in the field of Neurodevelopmental Treatment and Donna is certified in Sensory Integration.

Our Web-based billing program

We are the ONLY agency in Westchester County that has a web based billing program for Early Intervention and Preschool services.  This program SAVES HOURS OF TIME as much of the information is automatically generated for you (i.e. your license #, child’s chronological age, authorization #’s etc. etc. etc.)

Continuing Education Experiences

We provide free workshops to our staff several times per year to keep them up to date with the most innovative clinical approaches out there today.   Not only do we often get cutting edge speakers but also dinner is provided and therapists feel connected and a part of our community.

There are many other additional perks to working with us that you will not find at any other therapy agency in Westchester, NY.  Not only do we have a full time clinical manager who can supervise any OT or PT with a wealth of information but we also have an excellent office staff who are here to make your life easier administratively.   Our office manager and billing manager are very knowledgeable to assist you with any of your concerns and answer any question you might have.  We have a “buddy” program so any therapist can be paired up with another therapist for additional brainstorming whenever needed. 

Even though you may work independently, socially, you will never feel alone as we have holiday parties, BBQ’s at Donna’s house and end of the year parties on a regular basis.  Our office is always a phone call away and /or at all times has an open door policy to assist you with any clinical, administrative or personal concern you may have.
